Here's how to install Shazon on your Android phone, step-by-step:
On your Android phone, start the browser and "Go to URL" http://www.shazon.com/download
Click the "Shazon.apk" link at the top of the page to start the download. It takes only a few seconds on wifi, less than a minute on 3G.
When the download completes, the "Download history" will show that you have downloaded the application:
Click "Shazon.apk" to start the installation. Before Android installs the application, it warns you that Shazon will connect to the internet and use the camera.
Click "Install" to continue the installation. While the application is being installed (again, just a few seconds), you will see this screen:
When the installation is complete, you will see this screen:
